Train the Trainer (SSK60)

    Description

Everyone knows employee development is necessary, but not many companies actually put effort into a training program design that really delivers results. The average employee spends only about one percent of his time on training and development in his working week. So, there is a big disconnect when it comes to training program design and delivering results.
This course covers the essentials of delivering high-quality, structured, engaging, and rewarding training. It shows how to make training come alive, while also developing key facilitation skills and providing must-have process tools to effectively apply learning concepts in the classroom.

    Course Level: Foundation

    Instructor: Tony Copeman
