Communication is not just about talking to one another, it is about so much more, and this course has been designed to help everyone understand and use a selection of communication tools for everyday life.
Do you want to be able to engage more with your fellow team members?
Do you wish you were a little more resilient and able to rebound easier after a setback?
Do you want to be able to increase your ability to speak in public and give better presentations?
Maybe you would like to be more confident at solving conflict situations?
If the answer to any of these questions is 'yes', then this course is for you.
