Description
This course covers all aspects of understanding and improving performance in the planning, execution and review phases of rig move to rig move. Practical examples and workshops will be utilised to ensure understanding.
The participants will be taken through the offset well analysis process, how to understand and set relevant KPIs for each phase of the well construction process, how to improve the communication and move out of the silo culture, how to identify, categorise and remove or reduce Performance Limiters and Invisible Lost Time and finally how to conduct useful Post Section / Post Well reviews and capture Lessons Learnt.
