The challenges for senior management in such a dynamic industry as oil & gas are probably more complex than in any other business sector today. There is a well-documented looming skills shortage throughout the industry that threatens its very ability to meet the growing global demand for the provision of energy. Developing business leaders of tomorrow is the key to meeting the needs and expectations of the sector, the market and the consumer.
This course is a delegate-centric period of applied and experiential learning for the petroleum industry, designed to provide you with the core skills required of senior managers charged with the leadership of their business or business unit. It will directly contribute to your future role as a leader, equipping you with a combination of skills that can be used to support growth and change in a dynamic leadership environment.

  • Discussion of the topic to aid theoretical understanding and placing the topic within the oil and gas industry
  • To assist understanding, real world examples and case studies will be referred to throughout
