Value Engineering training is an important topic for most professionals in any company. Participants will understand the value of products and processes and learn methods and tools to improve their customer value.
This course covers Module 2 of the Value Engineering training and certifications system EN12973 of the V4E (ValueforEurope for value engineering and training system). In this second module the basic knowledge of Value Engineering / Value Management is increased and deepened, with the following objectives:
Deepening your basic knowledge of Value Management
Interpreting and weighing of customer opinions
Implementing approaches for the transformation of customer preferences into development priorities
Understanding and applying Cost Engineering & Target Costing
Setup of Value Management projects
Course Structure: 2 modules of max. 7 hours each, delivered over 2 days Each day will consist of 1 module which will be no more than 7 hours in length with ample time for delegates to break for refreshments.
