Building and Energising Teams (MAN58)

    Description

This course focuses on strengthening core people leadership competencies: Builds Effective Teams, Develops Talent and Communicates Effectively.
These competencies are grouped because effective leadership requires building strong teams, developing the people within those teams, and energizing them toward shared goals. Together, they form a complete people leadership system - structuring the team, developing individuals, and inspiring collective action. The communication element focuses specifically on internal team and organisational communication that casts vision and energizes performance.
Participants develop the essential people leadership capabilities needed to manage performance through others. This includes building strong-identity teams that leverage diverse skills and perspectives, developing individuals to meet both career and organisational goals, and communicating in ways that energize and inspire action.
The workshop addresses the core management challenge of getting the right people, developing their capability, and aligning them to shared purpose. It is critical for anyone managing teams, projects, or functional areas where performance is delivered through others.
