Brown Field Facilities Decongestion and Organisation (FAC17)

    Description

This course provides a comprehensive framework to manage brownfield surface congestion and optimise field development and surface facilities organisation. It covers innovative and unique engineering solutions already implemented by major Middle East operators (i.e. well clustering and pipeline corridor solutions, and high-density drilling). The course will also cover associated digital transformation solutions (Smart Fields, Digital Twins) and economic evaluation methods.
Participants will learn to select the right solutions for their brownfield decongestion and reorganisation, build robust business cases, and design integrated strategies that deliver long-term solutions and value by reducing congestion, improving operational efficiency, maintenance effectiveness, HSE performance, asset integrity and production reliability, while ensuring readiness for future expansion and development.

    Course Level: Skill / Advanced
    Duration: 4 days
